AzerTechnology Park

AzerTechnology Park is one of the largest industrial complexes in the region. Three separate plants operate within the company, each with its own production processes. Our main goal was to turn this fragmented structure into a transparent, fast system managed from a single centre.

The Challenge

Before the project, the company faced the following difficulties:

• Stock balances could not be tracked in real time.
• Errors in the accurate calculation of production cost.
• A communication gap between the procurement and production departments.
• Manual reporting and the resulting loss of time.

The Solution We Implemented

As the Arter team, we implemented the Enterprise edition of Odoo ERP. The process consisted of the following stages:

First, the workflow of all plants was analysed. The Inventory, Manufacturing (MRP), Purchasing, Sales and Accounting modules were then integrated. A simple tablet-based interface was created for shop-floor staff so that production data could be entered into the system directly from the workshop.
